When a user (independently if it is as the user or the manager role) is invited to Velory for Partners, they receive an email invitation with the option to create an account.
How to create your account
- Click Create account in the invitation email.
- A new tab opens where you fill in your personal details.
- All fields except the phone number are mandatory.
- Click Create account when you’re done.
If you’re redirected to the login page and see the message Account created, your account is ready to use and you can log in.
If you instead see the message Invalid invitation, the invitation has most likely already been used. Each invitation can only be used once. If the issue persists, please contact Velory Support for assistance.
