Make you visible in the marketplace
To be available as a choice for customers, the retailer/reseller needs to enable Marketplace visibility in Velory for Partners.
How to:
- Go to Velory for Partners β Reseller settings β Marketplace visibility.
- Enable the marketplace setting.
When your account is visible in the marketplace, all customers with Velory accounts will be able to add you as a retailer to their setup.

Activate multiple retailers for a customer
If you want to enable Multiple Retailers for one of your customers, allowing them to add more than one retailer and offer products from multiple sources in their store, you first need to activate this setting in Velory for Partners.
How to:
- Go to Velory for Partners β Companies.
- Search for the customer company you want to enable.
- Click the company name.
- Go to Settings and scroll down to the Configuration section.
- Enable Allow multiple retailers in the store.
Good to know
- If a customer has already added more than one retailer to their Velory account, the Multiple Retailers setting cannot be disabled until the account is back to having only one retailer.
- To remove a retailer for a customer, go to Company settings in Velory and adjust the retailer setup there.
